Renewing

Licences never renew automatically. When you renew, the new 12 months are added to the end of your current licence, so renewing early does not lose you any time.

Paying by invoice or purchase order

Email support@officeapps.io with your SharePoint address, purchase order number and invoice details, or use our contact form. Your licence activates as soon as the invoice is paid.

VAT

Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. If you are outside the UK and need a reverse-charge invoice, contact us before you buy.

How buying works

  1. Tell us your tenant

    Enter your SharePoint address, such as contoso.sharepoint.com. We confirm your Microsoft 365 tenant before you pay.

  2. Pay securely

    Pay £990 (£825 + VAT) by card on Stripe’s secure payment page.

  3. Your licence activates

    The licence is applied to your tenant automatically, and we email your confirmation and VAT invoice. The web parts keep working without any changes.
