Can I add custom CSS to a modern SharePoint page?

Not directly. Modern pages block custom CSS and scripts. Styling beyond themes needs SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components, such as the web parts in this suite.

Do the web parts use our SharePoint theme?

Accordion and Back to Top can use your SharePoint theme colours. Most of the web parts also let you set your own colours, borders and hover states.

Do we need a developer to brand our pages?

No. An administrator installs the suite once, in about five minutes. Editors then set everything up in the SharePoint settings pane.
